Unhappy I can't study in my last few days of prep

My exam is in two days and I'm so overwhelmed that yesterday I couldn't study and today I feel like I won't study much either. I've been studying for 3.5 months day by day but these last few days have been very difficult to concentrate. I'm worried because even though i know it won't make much of a difference, it may affect my speed answering questions.
I don't know what to do!!!
Please any suggestions will be more than welcome!!

Thanks!!!

Just go through whichever Q bank you were using. This will give you confidence and also help you to stay on track.
