Default exam in two days plzzzzzz advice me(freaking out)

OK so i have my exam in two days i did nbme 7 got 233 in it nbme 4 and 6 240 and 238 respectively but when id did my uwsa my score dropped to 220......now I am freaking out because ppl are saying that UWSA is the best predictor. Is there anyone who score low in UWSA and got good score in real exam. Cant push my exam. Need solid motivation. Thanks.

Hey my friend, I am taking CK next week and I can undestand how u feel! I took nbme 4 6wks ago and scored 246, nbme 6 3 wks ago and my score dropped to 240.
My experience with UWSA (5 days ago) is the following: I started it at 1 am (was feeling fine) and did 2 blocks- my performance was 66% for the 1st block, 66% for the 2nd. I felt horrible, and decided not to complete it cause it was already past 3am and was tired. Woke up at 9 and did the rest 2 blocks and scored 91% and 84% for 3 & 4 block respectively. Overall UWSA Score 640/247. Although I am ok with my overall score, I am really worried about this inconsistency in my performance within the blocks. Maybe I was too tired in the 1st 2 blocks but still such a difference wouldnt be expected. My point is if you took it while u were tired etc then maybe you shouldnt worry about it... In any case i do not think that there is a good predictor for CK! Hope God Help us both and get done with this exam...

Btw did you notice significant difference in your performance within the blocks?

Well put. I gave my exam yesterday. It felt more similar to NBME 6 compared to UWSA but the concepts from UW qbank were heavily tested. I think there is no exact score predictor for step 2. I scored above 250 in nbme 4 and 6 but my score dropped to 230 in nbme 7. I did only two blocks in UWSA (my ear drum ruptured while starting block 2 and I was panicking like crazy. Got 77% in block 1 and 52% in block 2. Decided not to go through with it as it would only shatter my confidence). Anyways, my point is take these tests with a grain of salt. Its okay to screw up one or two just to remind yourself to be calm and cool during the exam. Though I struggled with time, I strangely felt more comfortable with step 2 than step 1. Hoping I have done enough to score above 240. Good luck to both of you.

i got my result yesterday , it was close to NBME rather than uwsa ... i had a 20 point difference between my NBME and uwsa so my score fell in the middle

Hi Sanakhaan92,

Thanks for your input-do you mean that UWSA overpredicted or underpredicted ur score? UWSA was higher than NBME?

hi ..i don't want to scare any one , but it is true for both me and my sp .
uwsa score over predicted by 11 points for me.but maybe the reason can be that i just used uw as my source .So it depends on the sources as well as the whole prep.

but with other friend it was his uwsa score that was predictive.
