Cystic Fibrosis: Sweat chloride vs Genotyping?
Duchenne: Biopsy vs Genotyping?

Best effect decreasing mortality in COPD.
Oxygen therapy vs smoking cessation vs Pneumococcal/influenza vaccination?

Cholecystectomy after cholecystitis... 1-2 wk vs 4-6 wk?

accuracy is probably not the best term to use here, since it is involves a combination of true positives and true negatives..... (a + d) / (a + b + c + d). for cystic fibrosis.... the sweat chloride test is more sensitive (i.e., low false negative rate), but the genetic testing is more specific (i.e., less false positive rate). both influence the accuracy of the test in a different way.

I used UptoDate whenever there was a difference between mtb and UW. UW was always right btw.
