Heart Mitral Valve Prolapse and Panic Attacks!

OK, once again in Kaplan Qbank I found that they mentioned that MVP is associated with panic attacks!

I can't understand this association, is there some kind of a syndrome about this, what is the pathophysiology behind it

Any help please :sorry:

Info It's part of a syndrome

There's no direct pathophysiologic association between mitral valve prolapse and panic attacks but they are both manifestation of a constellation of clinical features (syndrome) called the MVP / Dysautonomia syndrome.

Read about it here
