Pediatrics Infantile Shoulder Dystocia and Fracture Clavicle Treatment!

Infant of one week of age with clavicular fracture plus shoulder dystocia.
UW says treatment is observation, never immobilize arm and shoulder.
Kaplan CK Notes ped book says immobilization of arm and shoulder.

I dont know..but personally i would go with uworld because it is more reliable. i have read KL pedo and its wrong at many places.

do you know any better pediatric book i can use?if not,where should i study pediatric?
or should i keep studying kaplan notes but double check it with UW?
