continue revising uworld. i wouldnt read something new or unfamiliar at this point late in the game it has the potential of creating unnecessary anxiety.

Totally agreed. But I had given a read to MTB in the past but not in a long time. Just want to know if the information in MTB provide help to such extent.

I took nbme 6 last week monday and got 223. Then i took nbme 7 this last monday and got 246. Yesterday i took nbme 3 and got 219. I have no idea what the hell is up with that.

Im going to take UWSA on monday. My exam is on the 30th but i might push it up to the 24th if i get 230+ on UWSA.

I Know the nbme stuff is so annoying for many people. You can't tell any thing about your prep. I hope you do well on your UWSA. Plz don't forget to share your score and your decision about the real exam. Unfortunately I can't extend my exam any more

of course ill let you know what happens. I think Uwsa is the most accurate. Do you have somewhat of a plan for the next few days tho?

I plan to take UWSA on the 25th. For now, just goin thru incorrect questions from uworld. Reading some of the topics from MTB that ve always been a problem for me like immunodeficiency and dermatology. There will always be something that I can't grasp no matter how many times I read lol

Yea that sounds like a good plan. Have you thought of going through your weak subjects. It really helped my nbme 7 score when i did my week subjects from UW.

How is your performance on uworld and how many times did you do it? There is so much to do for me if I focus on my weak side.

I had to keep re-reading the paragraph because half way down i couldnt remember. This test is useless. It doesnt really test knowledge with all its vague paragraphs. 9 hours of just reading huge paragraphs.

Absolutely! And because of trying to read all that extra stuff so closely, I found myself always struggling to read thru the last few questions due to lack of time

Yea me too. This test is ****. If it was actually questioning your knowledge then they would at least give you enough time to make the correct decision. Especially after giving you paragraphs of useless filler information. The test isnt about your knowledge.

Anyway i am happy its over.

HI there!! The most important thing after your prep is being calm and have confidence in yourself. If you keep yourself together during the exam no matter what,it will keep you from making easily avoidable mistakes. Believe me it makes a big lot of difference. When you panic, your critical thinking is affected and that's what you need in the exam. Honestly, the exam is quite doable. Make sure you take a good night sleep and be determined to put all your efforts in those 9 hours. Don't think about the previous blocks, live in present and secure your future blocks. Take it positive if you realize you messed up something in the blocks that are gone. Try not to repeat the same mistakes and instead of crying over them, learn from them. If you start to feel bad about half of the exam, think half of it is stilll there to go and the ball is still in your court. Your performance on the day of exam is highly affected by your emotional state .. Good luck and kick butt on the exam
