Urine Sample Gonococcal and Chlamydia Co Treatment!

when dx is Gonococci , we cotreat chlamydia.

what if patient is dxed with chlamydia, do we cotreat with gonococci?

-no,unless you give emparical rx,such as you diagnosed cervicitis clinicaly ,without a lab result.
