Q. why "unequal BP between arms" in aortic dissection?Is BP more on left or right and why?

It because the dissection extends to the left subclavian or brachiocephalic artery and the blood in the dissected wall obstructs it and hence reduces blood pressure in the involved arm. I hope this makes sense.

It will be less on the right or left depending on whether the brachiocephalic is involved(right) or left subclavian(left)
