what is elevated in breast feeding jaundice? conjugated or unconjugated brb and why?

I think unconjugated. The liver hasn't reached full capacity to conjugate so it accumulates.

It s unconjugated rise bcos breast milk has 2 things to do 1 s it increases glucuronidase activity which deconjugates conjugated bilirubin in intestine n increase ent-hepatic circulation..and 2nd reason is it impairs udp-glucuronyl transferase which impairs conjugation of unconjugated bilirubin..so finally it increases unconjugated bilirubin..
Correct me f im wrong
