Kids Baby is not breathing

An emergency cesarean section due to persistent late decelerations is performed on an afebrile, group B streptococcus–negative, 17-year-old girl at 42 weeks’ gestation. A 4600-g (10.1-lb) girl is delivered. The amniotic fluid is meconium stained. The neonate’s blood pressure is 50/30 mm Hg and heart rate is 100/min, and the infant has not yet taken a breath. She is cyanotic and limp on examination.
What is the most appropriate next step in management?
(A) Give ampicillin and gentamicin
(B) Obtain x-ray of the chest
(C) Provide artificial ventilation with bag-mask
(D) Provide supplemental oxygen
(E) Suction trachea
