Help How to start Step 2 Prep?

Hi guys,
Just finished my step one, and will like to start on step 2 CK and CS, would like to do residence 2011, can you please some one give me advice about how to go about CK and CS..

Smile Here's the plan

Just do the following:

Kaplan Lecture Notes, (no need for the videos)
Kaplan Qbank
USMLEWorld
NBME before the exam to make sure of your score

After finishing the CK, you can do the CS
