Kidney Pyelonephritis Treatment in Pregnant Patient!

what is DOC for inpatient management of pyelo in pregnant patient ?

i read it is Ampicillin and gentamicin but isnt gentamicin contraindicated in pregnancy ?

And oral nitrogurantoin after that... Until delivery
