EKG How would prolonged QT cause Tachycardia!

usmle world excerpt

Educational objective:
A prolonged QRS interval (i.e., typically bundle branch block) suggests a bradyarrhythmia, whereas a
prolonged QT interval suggests a tachyarrhythmia
what do you understand out of it..i cant get much.

i can get the first part. cant get how can prolong QT interval causes "tachy"...are they referring to VT when talking about prolong QT interval and tachyarrythmia ?
