Question Survival rate after surgery

Another question from kaplan

N 183
1 year 90%
2 years 75%
3 Years 50%
4 years 40 %
are the rate of survival after surgery
If a patient survives 2 years, what is the chance of surviving 3 years?

Please explain how you get to the answer

survival at 2 years : 75 %
at 3 years : 50 %

so we lose some patients as we go from 2 nd year to 3rd year.
Calculating percentages. 50/75 X100= 66.66%
that means 66 % people have a chance to survive one more year after 2nd year

So the answer should be 66 %
Correct me if i am wrong
