Kids How would you treat this child?

The father of a 7-year-old girl brings the child to a psychiatrist to evaluate complaints by the child of a disturbing state of mind. For several years her parents have noticed that their daughter engages in simple repetitive behaviors such as stroking a soft object a specific number of times when she is under stress. The girl also states that feels compelled to view certain shapes in her environment by viewing them through a frame formed by her thumbs and index fingers with her arms extended. She finally has asked her parents if there is anything that “doctors can do to relax her brain.” There is no history of serious disease or injury. The child takes no medications. Physical exam is entirely normal. What medication will most likely result in improvement of the child's condition?

A. Clonidine
B. Ethosuximide
C. Fluoxetine
D. Lithium
E. Methylphenidate

I don't feel you can diagnose OCD in a 7 year old.

These types of features are also found in Austism. No idea about tx.
