Default Risk factor for CAD

I am a bit confused about the risk factor for coronary artery disease. Which one is correct -

1. First degree relative of any age with CAD, OR other family member of <55 male and <65 female with CAD.
2. Only first degree relative <55 male or <65 female with CAD and other relatives don't count.
