Neuro Neuroanatomy in Step 2 CK!

Ok as am doing the UW questions, they gave a question that requires strict knowledge of anatomy and neuroanatomy.

It requires us to know the sensory and motor innervation of the muscles and skin of the lower limb!

They even mentioned in their explanation that we should familiarize ourselves with neuranatomy!

Guys, am so scared , am going for the CK first, I did not do step 1 and I never thought that they'll be asking such a pure basic knowledge questions.

Do you think such questions are common in the CK?

Then in that case it seems better to do step 1 before CK, right?
