Question 37:

I cannot post the exact question on the forum due to regulations but I kindly ask you to take a look at this ethics question. I just can't seem to come to a final answer.

I think the answer is B.
He is oriented and has not told the physician not to inform him about the results. So, among the choices given B is the best answer.
C is another possibility but it's too brash and B serves the purpose of patient autonomy (since you are making the patient decide and not the daughter) in a more compassionate way.
