Question African American with Cyanosis?

6 week African American ---breathing rapidly ---examination reveals blue discoloration of nails, lips and tongue. Extremities are warm. most likely cause of this physical finding ?
  • peripheral vasoconstriction
  • high venous pressure
  • sickling of RBC
  • polycythemia
  • low arterial oxygen saturation

please please do give your reason along.

polycythemia can be the answer becoz excess transfer of placental blood due to delayed cord clamping can lead to hyperviscosity which leads to resp.distress , tachypnoea and cyanosis....
