Neuro Astrocytoma Prognosis?

Q was of astrocytoma. which of following is best predictor of this patients prognosis ?
  • size of tumor
  • metastatic disease
  • degree of anaplasia
  • vascular invasion

what is your reason ?

MMmm weird question, because it is extremely rare for CSN primary Neoplasms to metastasize OUTSIDE of the brain (the opposite is true and in fact the MCC of CSN malignancies, primary from the Lung, breast or a Melanoma); then metastatic disease is not the answer.

I would say degree of Anaplasia (I would love for an option that stated "crossed the midline and comprised both hemispheres) but seeing as its not there i would pick anaplasia.. what is the answer?

also size seems appealing because the bigger the more problems it can cause by compression of the brain and increase of ICP and risk of herniation... but i dont know for sure..
