Question Radiotherapy for Ductal Carcinoma in Situ?

do we give RT in DCIS ?

what will be the answer if patient has DCIS ? lobectomy or lobectomy with RT !

answer will be lumpectomy+RT+tamoxifen for 5years..........

CIN - Rx Lumbectomy + radiation. - If confined to one lobule.
Multicentric - Total mastectomy + Radiation. but no need for lymphnode resection.

That s from kaplan...But should we need hormonal therapy after that...Please comment..
