Default I was not sure about many questions

I marked around 7-8 questions per block, and I don't mark questions that I have no clue about (around 4-5 questions per block), and even the questions I was "sure" about I wasn't completely sure about them. I got 259.

Step 2 CK is a very tough exam but the scoring curve looks to be friendly.

I think that the best predictor is your UW score with unused, random, timed questions (mine was 77%).

Default 246/99

I think i was unsure of about 7-8 questions per block (absolutely unsure of 3-4), especially the statistical questions and I mark all questions i am unsure of for reviewing at the end of the block in case there's some time remaining, but even for these questions, i always guess an answer and move on to the next one.

But the real predictor is your preparation.
a) UW random timed blocks (shows your percentile-mine was 90th)
b) UWSA 243
c) NBME timed 245

Take an average of UWSA and NBME correlation and that will give your your best estimate.
