Question eclampsia:prompt delivery means...?

hey guys, have question, kaplan talks about ¨prompt delivery¨ and I dont get it, in the setting of an eclamptic patient that is unstable........

I want to believe its talking about cesarean (of course after stabilization) but it doesnt clarify it.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

i think eclampsia is not an indication of C section. delivery shud be carried out by augmentation and SVD

Yes i agree its not an indication. The following statement from kaplan ck lectures is the one that confusses me the most what are your thought about ir

¨Eeclampsia... patient unstable prompt delivery should be attempted. If patient is stable induce vaginal labor with oxytocin¨
