Default as regard ECFMG

hi all .. plz if anyone know any thing tell me

my 186 form was accepted be ECFMG @ 6-7-2012 and this is a litter ((Dear Doctor:

Your Certification of Identification Form submitted 05/19/2012 has been accepted. This form will remain on file and be valid for a period of five years. The validity dates are as follows: 07/06/2012 through 07/06/2017.

The Certification of Identification Form is processed independently of the on-line application. Acceptance of the Certification of Identification Form does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the application. Once your application has been reviewed, ECFMG will notify you of the outcome of your application.

ECFMG typically processes on-line applications within three weeks of the receipt of both the on-line part and the Certification of Identification Form. Processing will now continue on the on-line part of your application.))

and as my medical dipoloma has not been issued , ecfmg send me @ 9-7- 2012 this message

(( Dear Doctor:

ECFMG is UNABLE TO PROCESS your recent USMLE application. Please refer to the attached letter for details on the specific reason the application can not be processed and for instructions on reapplication.

and now my medical diploma has been issued since few days >> so what should i do now ? is to send the ecfmg photocopy of my medical diploma plus the translation ONLY ?

and if yes .. is any form or any thing should be send with them ?

or should start from first ( printing 186,187,344,345 forms and signed all of them by the person who responsible about the USMLE in my university ) and so what about my old ECFMG ID?

and so by reapply with submitting a new online application completed in its entirety

and if yes so how ?

plz if any1 met this problem or know any thing tell me .. thank u and good luck
