Help Internal Medicine Kaplan LNs & MTB2

Hello everyone

I have started my Step 2 CK preparation recently
I've started with Internal medicine & I have been using Kaplan LNs 2011 & MTB2 side by side
But i have noticed that the exact same information is mentioned in both books
Do u think that i should depend on MTB2 only as it's more organized than kaplan LNs ???

I appreciate ur help

I would use both. Depending on the subject there's much more info in KLN! You'll see as you get further along.

I think no need to read Internal medicine KLN LNs, only read the chapter from MTB 2 then enjoy with same chapter from KLN videos for internal medicine and add what are deficient into MTB 2.

My advice to you is to continue doing what you are doing now. Remember Travel medicine, it is not in MTB2. The way am doing is I read KLN topic then see if mentioned in MTB2 if not I add the info so that when I finish reading my only one time reading of KLN I will have a nice MTB2 book that is complete. Try to get the best score possible my friend in this exam because there are a lot of high scorers in CK than in step 1 and the competition is getting fierce these days. Good luck.

Dear '
bashir'
Thank you so much, i highly appreciate your help

I think i will do the 1st IM reading from both, & i will add the extra information in kaplan LN to MTB2
And i will depend on MTB2 only for the subsequent readings

Thank you guys & Good luck for ur preparation & exam
