I will go with C. children from smaller families compared to children from larger families

Because these children have not met other children of their age ,so they don't go along well initially. Therefore, children from smaller families are most commonly associated with childhood aggression.

Answer is D children diagnosed with attention- deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Refer Page 97 Nelson 19th edition.

Several factors contribute to childhood aggression. Boys almost universally are reported to be more aggressive than girls. Larger children often are more aggressive than smaller ones. Children from larger families often are more aggressive than those from smaller families. Conduct-disorder behavior often is associated with psychopathologic conditions. Both attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and borderline personality disorder (BPD) correlate with aggression. However, ADHD is much more common than BPD, so (D) is the best answer. Of interest is the correlation in boys between severe reading retardation and the development of aggressive conduct disorder.

Biologic, psychologic, and social factors all play a role in the etiology and/or course of the disruptive behavior disorders.

In social factors poverty, overcrowding are factors..

Because they have to compete among themselves for the same amount of limited resources.
