A) Enuresis

Children with psychosocial or emotional stressors tend to have a regression as a defense mechanism

I say it's B... Enuresis could still be a common finding at 10 yo.

(B) encopresis

Quote:
Associations
Primary encopresis-especially in boys, associated with global developmental delays and enuresis
Secondary encopresis-high levels of psychosocial stressors and conduct disorder

Answer is (B)encopresis

Although some cases of encopresis may be secondary to organic causes (spina bifida, Hirschsprung disease), the majority are psychologic or behavioral in nature. In contrast, the majority of cases of enuresis are most often due
to a disturbance of bladder physiology or sleep mechanism, and generally are not considered to represent an emotional or behavioral disorder.
If a child has been dry, then becomesenuretic (secondary enuresis), emotional factors may be involved in the process. Secondaryenuresis may indicate sexual abuse.
