Default amphetamine and cocaine abuse

Hi all:

Can someone please tell me how to differentiate whether it is amphetamine abuse or cocaine abuse? my way to differentiate is as follows:

amphetamine abuse: psychotic symptoms

cocaine abuse: getting high, euphoria

please correct me if i am wrong.

Impaired judgment, pupillary dilation,
prolonged wakefulness and attention,
delusions,arrhythmias hallucinations, fever.


Impaired judgment, pupillary dilation,
hallucinations (including tactile), paranoid
ideations, angina
, hypertension, ECG changes from ischemia
(“cocaine chest pain”).sudden cardiac death.
