Answer E

Allergic contact dermatitis is an inflammatory skin condition caused by allergens such as poison sumac, cosmetics and nickel. It presents days to weeks after exposure with an intensely pruritic erythematous rash with vesicles at the site of exposure .Secondary infection as a result of excessive scratching is possible, and is suggested by pus filled vesicle.
