Right sided have clinical manifestations abd pain, anemia,
Left sided pencil thin stools, Descending Colon MC site tumor

Wegners = Granulomas/ lungs/ renal / C ANCA ( no wheezes)
CHrurg Strauss = Granulomas/ lungs/ renal/ P ANCA and Eosinophilla ( wheezes)

Good Pastures = Anti-glomerular basement ( no granulomas) Lung / renal / copious secretions (Wheezes)

girls under 10 yr ovarian mass mc= malignancy

boys scrotal mass doesn't transluminate mc= yolk sac tumor

Hemophilia for boards = HIV

Yes many times they are, I'm sorry I think it was it leads to malignancy I will recheck the explanation and post on this later, I made a note

OK just heard it on Step 2 Kaplan Lectures

Girls ovaries enlargement before menarche has to be a suspect of a Mass, suspect neoplasm.

2 fasting glucose above 126
or
1 random glucose of 200 with symptoms: Polyuria, polydipsia, polyphagia
or
Abnormal Glucose tolerance test 2hr with 75gm


= DM DX
