Go through the side notes/Tables from whichever review book you used (MTB 2 /MTB 3 or FA CK or maybe Secrets).
Use UW search feature to clear your doubts/concepts.
This will refresh/cover most of the topics and boost your confidence for the exam. Don't forget to review Stats/Inborn errors/Glycogen storage diseases from FA Step 1 the day before the test.

Also, if you haven't already--do the free 150 USMLE questions.

Do not overwhelm yourself by trying to do too many things. At this stage it is of paramount importance to save your energy for the test day. Don't try anything new.

Best of Luck for your exam.

don't waste your time on those. Your chances are better with a "mental toss" on the test than trying to do anything about them at this stage. You are better off "consolidating" what you have already read.

Don't worry, you're on the safe side, so whatever you end up doing you'll probably do good on the exam and get a good score.

Good luck!
