Help RN Just Passed Step 1

I just passed step 1 236 score, more than 10 years graduated and working as RN operating room 30 to 35 hours per week. month previous to exam full time studying. Anyone same situation may be my experience can help.

I need orientation, planning, best books everything usually needed for step 2.

I suggest u read exam experience and prep advices here on usmle-forums to get some inspiration. Then gather all of your info and adjust it to your own schedule and pace.

MTB 3: for Ob/Gyn, Peds, Surgery.

MTB 2: for everything else (especially IM).

UW: preferentially two times, questions most important in step 2.

Renaissance, after reading your post and also other ones i feel that mTB and UW are al that we need for Step 2. Can one skip KLN?

when did you get ur result ? ur exam was on 10th oct ?

Since step 2 prep doesnt really begin until you start with UW, alot of people go ahead and skip KLN and dig right into UW and MTB.

I feel that if you're fresh out of step 1 and you did a good job in it, then you can go ahead and skip them.

However, I didn't have the heart to completely skip them. Therefore, I'm doing the videos along with MTB (but not doing KLN's).
