Answer is A.
The diagnosis is major depression because of symptoms such as

Depressed mood
Feeling of guild and holplessness
Difficulty sleeping
Decreased appetitie.

Of the the anwer choices bupropion is the antidepressant that has fewest adverse sexual side effects.

SSRI Fluoxetine Paroxetine and sertraline are all known to be associated with erectile and orgasmic disturbances.
