46-year-Did man presents to his psychiatrist's office complaining of a two-month history of depressed mood- and insomnia. On further inquiry, he admits to having lost interest in his hobbies, haying difficulty - concentrating, and feeling hopeless at times. He denies any suicidality. Physical examination and laboratory studies are within normal limits_ The patient is diagnosed with major depressive disorder and sertraline is started. On a follow-up visit two months later, he states that his depressive symptoms are only minimally; improved and that he now also experiences difficulty in maintaining an erection. B. Bupropion

among other choices Venlafaxine causes insomnia & Escitalopram has sexual side effects

its Bupropion.....careful in using it in a patient with seizure history as it cause seizures
