Embarrassed A middle aged man heard a noise

A middle aged man with a recent h/o UTI heard a popping noise just before hitting the ball while playing tennis with John McEnroe.
What is the most likely diagnosis.

A. Meniscial tear
B. Rotator cuff injury
C. Tendon ruptured
D. Anal sphincter dysfunction
E. Tennis Ball rupture
F. John McEnroe tantrum
G. Middle ear dysfunction
H. Tennis elbow

UTI = Fluoroquinolones which equals achilles tendon rupture.. thats the Scientific explanation.

The real life explanation is that John McEnroe poisoned this poor man with high doses of quinolones to make his tendon rupture so that he could easily win the match
