what are Testosteone levels in androgen abuse ? increased or decreased ?

Depends on what androgen you are using but I believe they will be low for 3 reasons

IF you are using testosterone compounds then it may be elevated?
One you shut down the endocrine axis, having low FSH and low LH
Second, Testosterone gets converted to DHT which would explain the increase in acne and baldness seen in these patients.
Third, excess Testosterone could get converted to estradiol by aromatase enzyme, which would explain little testis and gynecomastia seen as well!
