Default SSRI syndrome and dantrolene

is there any dantrolene in SSRI syndrome ? just to be on safe side, damn book not mentioning this .. just fluids and cyproheptadine

Mmmm i dont remember dantrole , i think is fluids + cyproheptadine+/- octeotride

Primary treatment is hydration and cyproheptadine ( a serotonin antagonist). Benzos are used for for agitation & myoclonus.
Dantrolene can be used if there is associated hyperthermia and rigidity not controlled by Benzos but is rarely required (or used) as Benzos are preferred due to better side effect profile.
