Question No lung cancer in MTB!

Isn't there any lung cancer in MTB? Is lung cancer not important for step 2?!?!

MTB is designed to make you pass (but now-a-days even that is questionable) and there are many important topics missing like Dementia, Lung Ca etc. That's why KLNs are so important since they are the only step 2 material which covers most of the topics needed for CK.
MTB is like a flawed gem--it sparkles in the topics it covers but doesn't cover many important topics.

I guess UW can help with filling out most of the gaps.

If only there was some sort of list of all the topics that are missing in it.

I have the missing topics for IM and pediatrics that I developed after reading Kaplan. I will the same for the remaining KLN subjects and I can share with you all after I do that end of this month. All I want from you all is to pray for me.
