Default Difference in acute cholangitis and cholecystitis

How do you differentiate between

1) Acute cholangitis and Acute Cholecystitis ???? how would they be difference in usg and ALP levels ?????

2) And in Acute cholecystitis between a stone in the cystic duct and CBD ????? ALP levels ????? imaging ???
