Kaplan Medical kaplan LN 2008-2009 and 2012 ?

Is there any difference between Kaplan CK Lecture Notes 2008-2009 and 2012 ?

Is MTB-CK and kaplan LNs good for my knowledge and reveiw during med school study regardless if i want to take step 2 ??

1- they are almost identical, only very minor changes (SBE prophylaxis guidelines, and pap smear guidelines) - study them from any source, they are important, otherwise I think they are identical.
2- Yes, I used Kaplan lecture notes during my final year (except surgery of course !), they are very good because in our medical school, questions were MCQs and mostly made of clinical-scenarios (just like CK).

Do KLNs 2011 have these changes ?

In my school i 'll start surgery ..do u advise me to study big book like Bailey and Love's if i want to take usmle in future ...
(give me a name of book you see it enough)

Yes, 2011 has these changes , but I think if you buy the old version and study these changes from anywhere you will be ok.
Actually for USMLE, Kaplan + UW are more than enough for surgery (actually UW alone is enough). But Kaplan Surgery is not suitable for medical school because it is too short. Our medical school uses Baily & Love as the standard textbook for surgery, it is too much detailed but very nice. I also studied some topics from Washington's manual of surgery (like pediatric surgery)
