I did not do USMLE consult so I cannot speak to it, but the Kaplan CK Qbank is a solid resource for learning in conjunction with MTB. I did it subject wise and and read the book. When I was done I went to untimed, random in Uworld and did pretty well. The Kaplan Q bankd questions are longer and I felt a little more challenging then world but teach you alot and have a summary tab which I found really helpful. I would recommend the Kaplan Q bank, although in the end from what I am reading Uworld seems to obviously be the best resource for the test. If you do get consult let me know how it is, my girlfriend is about to start studying and if there is something else out there that works I wanna pass it along. Good luck.
