As per my usual advice:

I suggest doing KLNs with videos for the first month. If you don't want to do KLNs then do MTBs with Kaplan videos and make notes on MTBs (MTB 2 for IM and MTB 3 for the rest). Kaplan videos are essential to develop an understanding of the topics since memorization does not help much for Step 2 CK to get a decent score.

Second month, do UW (as a leaning tool) and again make notes on MTB from UW.

Third month, revise your notes on MTB and take UWSA / NBME to assess your performance.

Rinse and repeat as needed till you get your desired score +15 on at least three assessment tests (UWSA & NBME).

The most important advice I can give you is that developing an understanding of one topic is far more important than memorizing 10 topics for this test.

If you don't like MTBs then you might want to substitute FA 2012 both of which lacks some HY topics/details which are filled by UW.

Good Luck.
