Psyche She thinks the neigbors will rob her!

A 40 years old women presents to emergency department after having cut arm on a knife. She says that she sleeps with the knife for protection from her neighbors who she thinks are conspiring to rob her. The patient also tells the physician that she cannot hold a job because everywhere she works, her coworkers conspire to slander her for her political beliefs. Which of following is diagnosis?

Capgras syndrome
Delirium
Delusional disorder, persecutory type
Paranoid schizophrenia
Shared psychotic disorder

Answer is Delusional disorder, persecutory type

I was confused between Delusional disorder, persecutory type and Schizoprenia,But the ability to do job means no functional impairment which makes schizophrenia unlikely.

This mean that i miss understand Delusional disorder, persecutory type, and also didn't know Capgras syndrome

capgras is misidentification syndrome, where patient can identify the person but thinks hes that person's double
