Default rheumatoid arthritis complications

A 26-year-old woman was diagnosed with rheumatoid
arthritis 1 month ago. She returns to
her primary care physician for a follow-up visit
and is interested in learning how rheumatoid
arthritis might affect her, other than the joint
destruction it can cause. The patient is most
likely to develop which of the following?
(A) Myocarditis
(B) Nodules
(C) Pericarditis
(D) Renal failure
(E) Splenomegaly

Agree with the post above. It would be great if everybody who posts questions could also mention the source.
