What is best initial treatment for Allergic rhinitis ?

Avoidance of precipitating allergen or

Antihistamines or

steroids ??

Avoidance would be the initial step in chronic ...... If patient coming to u with acute symptoms and cant work ,i will not tell him go and avoid ur triggers

Flat out avoidance is the best way to go about this.

Prevention is way better than management.
