USMLE Books Blueprints Gynecology 3rd vs 6th edition

Is there a big difference between them? I have the 3rd.. do I have to get the 6th edition?

I read the 3rd edition and it was same as what I saw in MTB and UW so far. graet book. blueprints are for understanding and foundation material so either books would do it. at the end it's the MTB and UW that will prepare you for the exam. stick to whatever free material that you have so far.
