Listening UW second time, or simply re-read explanations?

Guys, what do you think is gonna work better? Actually do the questions for the second time, or just to re-read the explanations? My first round of UW was 77% overall, timed, mixed. NBME 2 - 600 (253). I started the second round of UW, did 4 blocks, scoring around 90%. I feel that I can remember a lot of answers and feel bored doing questions. On the other hand, I still have 3 weeks until my exam, and I feel that simply doing nothing will bring me out of shape. What do you suggest?

you're 2nd round score is very good ,also your NBME2 score ( according to my friends it is more difficult than the real thing )
well i don't know if i'm in a good position to advice you , but if it was me i will read my notes very well before doing the 2nd round , and while doing the 2nd round i will concentrate on this 10 % wrong answer that u mentioned as these to me are be messed up concepts within my mind and if i master them my score will be boosted significantly ....it will shift your solid NBME 2 score of 253 to atleast 260 + on the real thing
you are doing great ,best of luck
