Yes.. I had 2 drug ads and 1 abstract. I was worried about these going into the exam but they were pretty ok. They are totally doable.. just make sure u set aside some time for them ..I used last 5 mins of my block for a 3 question abstract set.

I did the UW abstract and drug ad questions once early in my preparations and then again after a month ( it was like doing a new set of questions as did not remember anything from before). The only way to prepare is to be good with your biostatistics. I used FA for step 1 and found it was enough.

I also did the Free 150 questions at the usmle website. Personally I feel the real deal was a lot easier that the drug ad and abstract in the free 150. So I guess its a good pratice tool.

The only issue might be time. Like I said, finishing everything else and then coming back to these questions in the last 5 mins helped me.

I also used these 2 links.

Hope this helps you!

Dear Faith,
Sorry about the late reply.. I posted a reply with links to 2 websites that i used to prepare for drug ad and abstract.. I think it needs to be reviewed by moderators before it gets posted...

But more importantly I used the UW questions and the free 150.. the real deal is not as complicated as the sample questionsgiven in those... just know your biostats well.. I used FA for step 1 for that..
