Default List of forgettables and must know differentials

Well, since starting to study for the CK I found out very early that this forum is not as active as the one for Step 1. So I wanted to contribute to my fellow collegues with my list of forgettables and OB/GYN differentials which I considered were vital for the step 2 CK. Hope this becomes one of the recommended threads some day.
