B and C. But since protocols exist for influenza I will say that the answer is Yellow Fever.

egg is no longer a contraindication for taking influenza vaccine(so can be given).....just 30 mins observation is necessary after its administration

I choose B and C, but i believe that these vaccines should be used in caution rather than being contraindicated.
